What should I wear? We recommend wearing comfortable outdoor clothing, sport shoes (no flip flops or sandals) and appropriate dress for the weather and for climbing trees. Gloves are recommended but optional. Do not wear jewelry such as bracelets, necklaces, rings etc. Please ensure you tie your hair back.

What are your age, height and weight restrictions? For the Kids Course, the age is 5-8 years old, minimum height of 3' 6”, 110 cm and maximum weight of 120 pounds or 55 kg.

For the Green, Blue and Black Course, the minimum age is 9 years old, minimum height of 4' 6”, 140 cm and maximum weight of 286 pounds or 130 kg.

What is your chaperon policy?Up to two youths can be accompanied and supervised by a chaperon from ground trails. Three or more have to be accompanied in the trees or you can hire a guide.

Do I need to make a reservation?You don’t need to make a reservation to participate in SkyTrek Adventure Park. Our hours of operation are 10:00 AM-6:00 PM open 7 days a week from mid May to Thanksgiving.

What number of participants is required to be considered a group?A group is 10 or more participants, please let us know in advance as we can offer you a Group Rate and arrange for an extra guide exclusively for your group.

What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations for groups of 10 or more participants require 72 hours notice or full charges will be applied to your credit card.

What safety equipment is included in my SkyTrek adventure?SkyTrek provides participants with a harness, helmet and all necessary safety equipment. Our professionally trained guides will demonstrate and teach you how to use the equipment and how to manipulate the ropes course safely and successfully.

Do I need to sign a waiver?Adventure sport activities have risks and all participants are required to sign a Release of Liability Agreement.

Can my friends or family members join me at SkyTrek Adventure Park even if they don’t want to participate?Your friends and family members are welcome to join you. They can walk, observe and support you from the designated walking trails along our courses.

How long will my SkyTrek adventure last?After a short training period of approximately 15-20 minutes, your adventure challenging the courses in the park will vary depending on individual fitness level. A typical SkyTrek experience can take anywhere from forty five minutes to three hours.

Is Skytrek open if it rains?Yes! Skytrek is open if it rains. Closure would only take place in the event of thunder or lighting storms in the immediate area.
